Amanah Business Accountants is a trading name of Oxford professionals LTD. Whether we act as Oxford professionals LTD or as Amanah Business Accountants this will not affect other parties’ rights and will be under the contractual responsibility of Oxford professionals LTD in all cases.

The below ‘summary information’ section provides some general summary information about what we do with your personal data. Full details can be found in the table at the end of this notice.

  1. Summary information

To provide you with the services detailed in our letter of engagement Oxford Professionals LTD must hold and process personal data. We use this information to; conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks we are obliged to conduct under law; meet our obligations detailed under our letter of engagement; and provide you with any additional services we may agree with you to provide.   

We might hold your personal data on one or more of the cloud-based accountancy software: AccountancyManager, BrightPay, BTC software, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, along with our outlook emails systems, and as spreadsheets stored locally on our computers and, in some instances, as physical printouts stored in locked filing cabinets, we also usually back up our data with Microsoft One Drive.
